Labor Day Holiday Workouts

Thursday and Friday Clients;
I wouldn't want you to miss a workout just because I'm away...

Warm-up;

Hip Flexor stretch (knee against the wall) 2 min each side
Calf stretch 2 min each side
Row 500m

WOD;

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min of

5 Barbell Thruster 95/65lbs
10 Push-ups
7 Pull-ups

or....

3 Rounds for Time

30 Wall Ball 20/10lbs (20 for Men, 10 for Women)
30 Dead Lifts (at your body weight/best efforts)
