I'm not going to lie, my least favorite is Wall Ball... like JG told me "it's like my face is a punching bag" LOL! Wall Ball takes my wind away like none of the other movements.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite movements are the 3 primary pulling motions; Deadlift, Clean and Pull-up's.

My least favorite is a new one that we have been doing - toes thru rings. It has usually been coupled with something that is tough on your hip flexors (ie wall ball shots) so it is pretty difficult to get a bunch of them in a row after the initial round.

ReplyDeleteMy least favorite skill is the clean. I really have to concentrate not only to coordinate the movement but also to breathe through the sensations I feel in my traps. I also don't find traps to be the sexiest body part -lol.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites include 1/4 mile run, box jump, walking lunges with weights, and the GHT sit ups (sure they are scary at first, but once you get the hang of them, they're actually fun).
